Glanmore have done exceptionally well,
however we believe that the recent credit crunch and its potential long
term affects, together with the first indications of a downturn in both
commercial and residential UK property markets mark the end of the
growth achieved by this and other property funds.
We expect strong yields to continue
however capital value is likely to reduce.
Regular Income
At least 85% of the net income is paid
annually in two dividends on the 1st March and the 1st September. Growth
investors can opt to have this dividend automatically re-invested.
