If we are unable to provide you with the service you require when expected under an agreement with you on these terms as a result of a breakdown, failure or malfunction of any telecommunications, computer system or from any other event or circumstances not reasonably within our control, we shall not be liable or have any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by you.
